Our Providers
Nasrin Sadeghi, DMD
Nasrin Sadeghi, DMD, is a general and cosmetic dentist and the founder of First Dental Associates in Reading, Massachusetts. Before starting her practice, Dr. Sadeghi was an associate dentist in the Boston area for over 10 years.
Dr. Sadeghi started her practice in order to provide quality and compassionate dental care to her patients. She has a passion for improving her patients’ smile and confidence through exceptional dental services.
She attended Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine and graduated in 1996. Following dental school, she went on to hone her skills by working with some of the top dental professionals in Massachusetts. Throughout her career, she has always pursued further education and participated in several international conferences for implantology. She also has specialized training in Snap-On Smile®, dental veneers, dental implants, and Invisalign®.
Dr. Sadeghi remains abreast of the latest developments in modern dentistry by regularly attending dental seminars and study clubs. She is currently a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr.Sadeghi is the current board member and the past chair of the East Middlesex District of Massachusetts Dental Society.
She strives to stay active in the dental community by supporting local efforts and national charities, such as the Oral Cancer Foundation, Give Back a Smile, and the School on Wheels.
Outside of improving smile care in her community, Dr. Sadeghi enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband, traveling, and reading.
Medha Singh, DMD, BDS, MS
Medha Singh, DMD, BDS, MS, is a periodontist and implant specialist at First Dental Associates in Reading, Massachusetts. Dr. Singh has completed extensive research and training in oral medicine, allowing her to deliver safe and comfortable dental care for all of her patients.
Dr. Singh earned her bachelor’s degree in dental surgery from the Government Dental College and Research Institute in India. She then relocated to Massachusetts, where she attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine for her master’s degree, doctorate in dental medicine, and a certificate in advanced periodontology. Following her studies, she was honored to be invited to a fellowship in oral implantology at Harvard School of Dental Medicine.
After completing her training, she continued as an assistant professor at Tufts University and a part-time faculty member in periodontology at Harvard University. During her time as a professor, she completed funded research for the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Dr. Singh has lectured and authored several publications on Sjögren’s syndrome and salivary hypofunction.
Dr. Singh is a reviewer of the Journal of Dental Education and the Journal of Periodontology. She is also a member of the American Academy of Oral Medicine, American College of Dentists, International College of Dentists, Pierre Fauchard Academy, Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society, Sigma Xi Scientific Research Honor Society, and the American Academy of Periodontology Foundation.
In addition to her many accomplishments, Dr. Singh is very active in her local community. She dedicates her free time to educating and serving underprivileged communities in the Boston area as well as in India. She is also a compassionate mentor to students seeking a career in dentistry.

Carol
Office Manager
The fearless leader of the First Dental Associates team. Carol is a certified dental assistant with over 40 years of experience and has been working with Dr. Sadeghi since 2007. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of dental insurance and a well trained CPR and OSHA certificate holder. Carol’s goal is to have patients feel at ease as soon as they walk through the door. Her ability to instantly connect with others always impresses patients as well as other team members. When she is not working to improve the lives of patients, you can always find her spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.
Laura
Insurance Coordinator
In her nearly 20 years in our office, Laura has proven to be a dedicated and compassionate Insurance Coordinator – helping our patients to receive the best treatments available without straining their checkbooks. Certified in dental assisting, CPR, OSHA, and HIPAA with a BA in Education from Northeastern University and an M.ED from Cambridge College, Laura is one of our most knowledgeable team members. She is an Adjunct Faculty in Massasoit Community College and a certified Dexis Digital imaging specialist. When she isn’t in the office, Laura likes to travel, cook, and get lost in her latest crafting project. Next time you are in our office, ask her about her “Award-Winning Biscottis”.
Sue
Dental Hygienist
Susan is a registered dental hygienist with over 20 years of experience in the dental field. She is a graduate of Middlesex Community College with an associate degree in dental hygiene as well as her license to administer local anesthesia. Sue strongly believes in educating her patients on their oral health while delivering exceptional treatment. Many patients remark on her thorough yet gentle touch. In her free time, Sue enjoys DIY home renovation projects and spending time with her husband and two girls.
Julie
Dental Hygienist
Julie grew up in the suburbs right outside of Boston and got her start in dentistry at the age of 16 as a receptionist. She then was on-the-job trained as a dental assistant and later went on to attend Forsyth School for Dental Hygienists.
She graduated in 1997 and has been working in private practice and in Research for years. In her free time, Julie enjoys hiking, stand-up paddle boarding and yoga. She lives near the beach with her 2 dogs, Teddy and Daisy. She also teaches CPR and is a clerk for state EMT exams on the weekends.
Jennifer
Registered Dental Hygienist
Jennifer has been with First Dental Associates for almost two years and has quickly proven herself to a be a dedicated and compassionate dental hygienist. Certified in dental hygiene and local anesthesia – she has also become a specialist at patient education, helping you to better care for your own oral health. When she isn’t in the office, Jennifer likes to spend time with her family, going to the beach, and traveling. The next time you come into the office, ask her about her latest adventure!
